Sheep Farmers
Got low grade wool to dispose of in NSW or Victoria? We'll pay you $1000 per bale. If you want to keep the wool for your own purposes we can process it for you at $4 per kilogram. If you're interested in hosting a Blackbaa micro refinery on your property in the future we're short-listing 51 sheep stations across Australia and New Zealand towards building sovereign capacity for global and domestic supply. You can invest in a different kind of future, take half the profits, grab directors' dividends, and get in on the ground floor at early-adopter rates. That's a hugely profitable pivot for anyone facing the live export ban in 2028.
Construction & Industry
Blackbaa is building processes for purely organic insulation and industrial lubricants, plus the electrosynthesis of urea currently facing a global shortage. The insulation as the primary product of the wool itself is processed for 7-Star Energy Rating satisfying the National Construction Code and has the capacity to save consumers up to 40% on energy bills. Long-term durability is built-in with organic solvents that remove the use of carconigenic formaldehyde and permethrin, which is toxic to pets. If you're a builder, this premium product is priced to compete directly with fiberglass. It won't come cheaper than that for a premium, high-grade product with maximum thermal, acoustics and fire retardance.

Pharmaceuticals
Two secondary byproducts serve the premium pharmaceutical and beauty industries, both of which are global and increasingly sensitive to animal ethics and sustainability. This is a global consumer-led demand that will place Blackbaa and its partners in the lead worldwide with multiple patents. These two products sell at $185 and $5000 per kilogram respectively. Whereas the first product can be produced up to 1000 times the levels of purity currently mandated worldwide, the second product can be extracted in three separate forms that have never been available before now.
Investors & Partners
Blackbaa is offering five stages of investment from early R&D in collaboration with university partners, through the establishment of its first large-scale refinery in the Victorian-NSW sheep belt (overlapping all the target regions for the National Housing Accord), to expansion among all other states using a franchise model that equally applies to Australia and New Zealand sheep farmers. An Australian federal investigation demonstrated it would take 14 new plants and $380 billion to rebuild wool processing in Australia. By contrast, Blackbaa can achieve the same outcome at one thousandth of the cost by building 51 micro-refineries in partnership with the largest sheep stations. More than this, the technology is a step-change in preventing pollution, costs half the energy, and generates unicorn-level profits.

Climate Resilience
10% of profits go into developing the Baa Bank Climate Resilience Fund for Australian and New Zealand farmers. Blackbaa was founded on seeking fire-retardant insulation for buildings at a time when emergency service levies led to multiple farmer suicides and coincided with droughts, megafires and floods throughout Australia. With climate change this will only get worse. We aim to build a sovereign resilience fund to ease the burden on farmers confronted with natural disasters and feed shortages, all with state and federal governments on board to support it.
